Due to this new approach, apart from the continuous improvement in the current crops of mandarins, oranges and almond trees, we decided to bet on the cultivation of Tahiti limes,with the aim of being one of the main producers nationwide in the coming years reaching a homegrown of more than 1500 tons / year,with the mission of producing a premium quality product, which stands out for its organoleptic characteristics, for its freshness with respect to American limes, since our limes pass from the tree to the consumer in less than 48 hours, preserving all its properties and excellences, and for its health taking into account that it is a fruit that is widely used in the preparation of cocktails and restoration, which includes its skin, we provide a product without fungicidal chemical treatments after harvesting.
